Returns and exchanges are a guaranteed right for all our customers and apply to all products offered on our store.

All products displayed on our store are eligible for return and exchange in accordance with the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Products can be returned or exchanged only if they are in their original condition at the time of purchase and in their original packaging.

Return or exchange requests are approved within 3 working days.

Once the return or exchange request is approved, the courier will reach the customer within 3–5 working days.

Kindly take a photo of the product and send it along with your city, address, and order number so it can be replaced with another product if it has a defect or does not match the agreed specifications.

A full refund will be issued if the product you received is completely different from the product description on our website.
